Hoopla Garden Hoops are perfect for extending your garden’s growing season and for protecting your plants from frost or pests. And because they are made of galvanized metal, you can use them for a lifetime, not just a season.
SUMMER HOOP USE IDEAS: In cooler growing areas keep them covered with Greenhouse Plastic all summer long for your heat loving tomatoes. Cover them with Shade Cloth to protect plants from overheating. Or cover them with Netting to keep your chickens friends from feasting on your dinner.
Hoopla Garden Hoops measure 48 inches wide and 44 inches tall. They attach directly to the sides of a raised bed frame or can slide over re-bar in your ground beds. We recommend one hoop every three feet. Extension pieces are available if you desire a taller hoop house — these are especially well suited to tall tomato plants.
Cover the garden hoops with greenhouse plastic to warm the soil and the air temperature to allow earlier planting in the spring or to protect over-winter crops. Your heat-loving plants will thrive in the warmth these hoop houses provide!
